These Chaand bali earrings, (chaand meaning Moon in Indian language) are a ground for the blooming roses. The earrings, including the roses and tiny leaves are all made with polymer clay and are crafted by hand. The Half Moon earrings are adorned with pearl beads around the outer border. To enhance its grace, The earrings have a drop chain in the center with a pear bead. The earring hooks are 18k gold plated on a metal.

The earring are made with polymer clay usinga technique called applique technique, where each minute pieces of clay- leaf, petals are created and hand placed carefully one by one. I create each piece of jewelry with immense devotion, joy and care. I hope this art work brings a sense of festivity to you. Each piece of art I create is unique with no two identical pieces/ unrepeatable and hence can not be mistaken for a mass-produced jewelry.
These earrings are purely handmade with out using any molds. To create these artistic earrings, I work with thin needles to create and assemble each minute leaf, grooves and other details carefully and place in its position. The details are smaller than is shown in the image. I mix the polymer colors until I get the desired tones for the elements. Only when the root is carefully nurtured with time and effort, will a beautiful fruit grow. Just like the root, the process of making this art requires a lot of time, effort, patience and love.
