About the event
This is a Semi private class. This class will hold only 2 participants in total, allowing the students an unique opportunity to experience the one on one class, get individual attention, learn and to go over each posture to get the practices corrected in much detail. This class helps students to minimize making further mistakes and to understand the practice in depth.
Review + corrections class gives you an opportunity not only to review the entire practice but also to get your practice corrected by the teacher individually. Even with months of practice, unknowingly one may be practicing with errors which reduces the impact of the practice. It is very important to do the practices correctly and precisely for maximum benefit. This class gives an opportunity to refine your sadhana (practice). This program is only for those who have completed the Surya Kriya Program.
This is a 2.5 hour class. (May extend to 3 hours depending on the participants)
